Outstanding service, they communicated well with issues I had with my transmission and, gave me a fair price. They stay extremely busy so do not expect to drop a car off for a rebuild and get it in two days. I will definitely take any other car or truck with transmission problems back to them in the future.

So thankful for their help with my vehicle. Had an issue that so many couldn't figure out. Yes it took a while to get fixed and price does hurt but when your shop does great work then there's going to be a wait to get it fixed. I was told that he could figure out my issue and he was successful! Thank you for figuring out and fixing my vehicle.

If I could I would have given 4.5 stars. I did not give 5 as I felt (personally) they could triage their vehicles better. I'm not a mechanic so I'm sure there is a method to their madness. I also had an extra vehicle at home while this car was down.Listen here! This is why they will have my business again. I spoke with a few other shops about my issues and all of them reverted to "sound like a rebuild!". The little mechanical knowledge I do have and common sense told me otherwise so I reached out to T&E and explained my symptoms. I could almost hear their gears turning through the phone. They didn't try and quote me a rebuild and said they would look at it. A few days later they even admitted to being stumped as to what it was exactly. The next step was dropping the pan to take a look. Turns out it was a simple seal that needed replaced. Yall, these folks could have told me something else and taken me for a lot more and I wouldn't have known any better. Anyways, my vehicle runs just like it used to and thankful for a shop like this. 10/10 would sit down and drink a beer with these folks. Cheers, T&E!
